Not everyone can say that they work alongside one of their biggest idols on a daily basis. Such is my case as I have the profound honor of working with a living legend in the design industry, Pierre Hardy. Art professor, Costume and set designer for the Paris Opera; a 30+ year career as Head Footwear and Accessories designer et Hermes; Designer at Balenciaga and Dior--these are only a few key moments that define the ever growing resume that belongs to a man who has been named a Knight of the French Legion of Honor. My time with Pierre has been spent appreciating
everything from his attention to detail and quality, to his artistic inspiration, and aesthetic sensitivity.

"I think it’s definitely a sign of modernity. Nothing is forbidden. It’s funny, fashion is supposed to be avant-garde. It used to be a field of research, but not anymore. Our period is not avant-garde at all. We are totally in a nostalgic, melancholia, retro moment. Nobody would dare to propose something that never existed before."

"I always want to translate the aesthetic I deeply love into the collections. For that, memories mixed with every day life combine together to create new shapes."
